This is a big one for us..

The launch of Measieās new product line, powered by Okosā patented biodegradable cassettes, marks a major milestone in our mission to redefine the environmental impact of diagnostics.
When we founded Okos in 2022, we had a simple but ambitious goal:
š Rethink how diagnostics are made.
We asked ourselvesāhow can we protect human health withoutĀ harming planetary health in the process?
For decades, the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry has relied on single-use plasticsādurable, cheap, and convenient, yesābut also wasteful and damaging. Millions of test kits are disposed of every year, and the plastic used often ends up in landfills or the environment, persisting for hundreds of years.
We knew there had to be a better way.
That belief sparked years of R&Dāfrom developing proprietary biomaterial blends to running material trials, validating assay performance, conducting shelf-life and stability studies, and gathering regulatory and market insights. We worked hard to ensure our biodegradable cassette could deliver clinical-grade accuracyĀ while significantly reducing environmental burden.
Today, seeing our innovation come to life through Measieās exclusive range of eco-friendly self-test kitsĀ is deeply rewarding.
This launch isnāt just about a product. Itās about a shift in values.
Measie is the first brand to commit to using onlyĀ sustainable diagnostic formats from day one. Every kit they release is made with our eco cassettes and packaged with sustainability in mindāfrom the outer box to the instruction leaflets. Itās a full-system rethink of what a modern diagnostic product can (and should) be.

š¬ If youāre working on IVD products and looking to reduce your environmental footprint, weād love to connect. Whether youāre a startup launching a new test or a global company rethinking your supply chain, weāre here to help you take the sustainable routeāwithout compromise.
š© Reach out. Letās build the future of diagnostics, together.
